"Grand Cru de Terroir" TANARIVA is made from cocoa beans grown in the Ambanja District in the Sambirano River region in northern Madagascar. Its balanced acidity, smoothed with distinctive milk and caramel notes makes it ideally suited to enrobing pralinés.
